50% deposit required for all reservations. Deposit refunded ONLY if notified of cancellation 30 days prior to arrival date. All Rates PLUS 5.5% WI. Sales Tax & Village Room Tax of 4.5%
Occupancy limited to capacity of beds. Each additional person - $5.00/ night - $20.00/ week.

April and May are booked on a per night basis.
June, July & August - weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday - or by day if available.
September & October - by day, weekend or week.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN COTTAGES
* One full week cottage rental includes boat
